We require a non-refundable deposit to book. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. You have a 24hr window to pay the deposit before the spot re-opens. If you cancel the appointment the deposit is lost. All reschedules must be made no less than 24hrs of the appointment or the deposit is lost. NO EXCEPTIONS! When dropping off a vehicle we require an assessment to determine if there will be a heavy soil up-charge (see our HEAVY SOIL UP-CHARGE policy). The vehicle must be brought in empty (with the exception of spot cleaning). Anything left inside will be considered trash and be disposed of. We do not wait on appointments. If you show up late without any notice it is considered a no-show and the appointment is canceled and the deposit is lost. Drop off times are set for a specific reason. Showing up late will greatly disrupt our process.
An up-charge for heavy soil may apply. An assessment will be performed at drop off prior to any work. This is when the final price will be determined. You may setup an appointment for an estimate to have your total price calculated prior to booking. All *starting at prices are based off the size of the vehicle. Pet hair, food particles and other forms of soil will trigger an up-charge. We do not remediate mold. We do not clean muddy vehicles. We do not clean what we consider to be extremely soiled vehicles. In the event your vehicle is turned away due to a failed assessment, your deposit will be returned via the method it was received less 10%.
