BOOKING POLICY

We require a non-refundable deposit to book professional detailing work. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. You have a 24hr window to pay the deposit before the spot re-opens. If you cancel the appointment the deposit is lost. All reschedules must be made no less than 24hrs of the appointment or the deposit is lost. NO EXCEPTIONS! When dropping a vehicle off we require an assessment to determine if there will be a heavy soil up-charge. The vehicle must be brought in empty if the work is on the interior of the vehicle (with the exception of spot cleaning). Anything left inside will be considered trashed and be disposed of. We do not wait on appointments. If you are late it is considered a no-show and the appointment is canceled and the deposit is lost.
